Tree, Garden & Bench Programs

"Leave Your Mark" Tree, Bench & Garden Sponsorship Program:

The Flagg Creek Golf Course provides a TREE, BENCH & GARDEN Sponsorship Program to anyone who is interested in commemorating a special event, such as a wedding (or the proposal), an anniversary, a special birthday or a birth of a child.

It is also a fitting tribute and living memorial to a loved one. All of your memories will leave a lasting impression with a contribution to the "Leave Your Mark" Tree, Bench & Garden Sponsorship Program.

Resident ID Cards

All residents of the Pleasant Dale Park District and/or the City of Countryside who wish to receive resident rates at Flagg Creek must obtain an identification card. Cost for this card is $5. To obtain your card, a utility bill showing your current address and a photo ID will be required.

Flagg Creek Golf Course is a nine-hole, par 33 course featuring bentgrass greens, watered fairways and three sets of tees for golfers of all skill levels. Renovated in 1993 (from the former site called Maple Crest Golf Course), the course was completely re-designed by Greg Martin, preserving the beautiful mature trees of the previous course. Flagg Creek is conveniently located near the intersections of I-55 and I-294 and is touted as one of the finest 9-hole courses in the Chicagoland area.

Our Practice range offers bentgrass tees, high-quality range balls, six target greens and night lighting. Flagg Creek is open from sunrise till 10pm every day. Group and individual golf lessons are available featuring PGA professionals Louise Davis and Wayne Solomon.

Flagg Creek also offers a full service restaurant and bar with 2 flat screen TV’s, a large deck with canopy where you can enjoy a bite to eat or a drink before or after your round and banquet facility. A great setting for your outing or banquet needs!!

On-Line Tee Time Reservations

Book your tee times for Flagg Creek right through our new website. Tee Times will be accepted up to 7 days in advance, one foursome at a time. Click any of the links for "Online Tee Times" or "Now Book Online" and you will be able to create your profile ~ allowing for easy login with your Email & Password.

Golf Course Board Meetings

Flagg Creek Golf Course is jointly owned by the Pleasant Dale Park District and the City of Countryside.

Monthly Board meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of the Month.
