Resident ID Cards

All residents of the Pleasant Dale Park District and/or the City of Countryside who wish to receive resident rates at Flagg Creek must obtain an identification card. Cost for this card is $5. To obtain your card, a utility bill showing your current address and a photo ID will be required.

At the beginning of each season you will once again be asked to provide proof of residency. Simply bring in a current bill showing your address the first time you play in 2010!

Flagg Creek Golf Course is jointly owned by the Pleasant Dale Park District and the City of Countryside.

Monthly Board meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of the Month.
