You pay $100 for the Card but we load
it for $115. That is a 15% return on your
investment. The Discount Card may be used

All residents of the Pleasant Dale Park District and/or the City of Countryside who wish to receive resident rates at Flagg Creek must obtain an identification card. Cost for this card is $5 annually. To obtain your card, a utility bill showing your current address and a photo ID will be required.
At the beginning of each season you will once again be asked to provide proof of residency. Simply bring in a current bill showing your address the first time you play in 2012, pay the $5 and your card will be valid for the year. |
