A Flagg Creek Gift Card or Discount Card
makes the perfect gift for the golfer on your
list. Flagg Creek offers gift cards that may
be purchased in any dollar amount.

Ask about the Flagg Creek Discount Card.
You pay $100 for the Card but we load
it for $115. That is a 15% return on your
investment. The Discount Card may be used
for green fees, carts and the driving range.
The Discount Card also never expires.

Stop in the Pro Shop or call us and we will
be glad to mail out a gift card for you.

Banquet Facility

Thinking of hosting a birthday party, retirement dinner,
baby or bridal shower. Flagg Creek offers a great
setting for your event. You can find the menu under

permanent tee times for the 2012 season.

Resident ID Cards

All residents of the Pleasant Dale Park District and/or the City of Countryside who wish to receive resident rates at Flagg Creek must obtain an identification card. Cost for this card is $5 annually. To obtain your card, a utility bill showing your current address and a photo ID will be required.

At the beginning of each season you will once again be asked to provide proof of residency. Simply bring in a current bill showing your address the first time you play in 2012, pay the $5 and your card will be valid for the year.

To insure accuracy, please refine your search to the correct date and time rangeYou will need a valid credit card to book a tee time and guarantee your reservation
Tee Times may be made up to 7 days in advance
Tee Times can be made for a maximum of 4 players
All fees are due upon arrival at the course

Cancellation Policy At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to a tee time. You may do this on our webiste, in person or over the phone by calling (708) 246-3336. If the change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will be automatically billed the full price for all players booked under the reservation. Please do not send e-mails requesting tee times, changes, or cancellations.
